MAGIC ROD

Inspired by the classic Magic Bamboo activity, we developed a new tool in line with the needs of trainers. It is necessary to act in harmony for success, and to achieve this, it is necessary to listen as well as transmit in order to use all kinds of communication channels effectively.

1. Team building:: Communicating, focusing on goals, influencing each other.

2. Leadership: Assuming a leadership role, expressing one's thoughts effectively.


BIG PUZZLE

The keys to success in such a demanding study lie in open communication, active listening and strategic thinking. The Big Puzzle project is a real treasure box for team communication professionals.

In this study, teams try to complete the puzzle by putting together the large pieces given to them.However, the eyes of the puzzle placers are closed and they are deaf with the help of the routers and music.

1.Communication skill: to reveal the relationship between the message giving area, to experience many communication channels, to see the effects of explicit and implicit expressions.

2.Guide: to gather information, to be on the trail, to gather attention.

3. Team development: active listening, clearing up misunderstandings, using the information flow properly, providing discipline in communication.


DEPENDENT THREADS - INTERACTION

In everyday life, teams only find solutions to certain issues when all team members “take responsibility”. This project vividly demonstrates how important collaboration and guidance are in order to work as a real team. The task of the group is to pick up the ball on the ground with a spade-shaped pipe and take it to the designated area.

1. Activation: The practice is carried out by all team members in order to focus on team play.

2. Organization:The most effective self-organization of the group without making clear team roles. The key element here is to identify the tasks necessary for the successful execution of the business and to appoint those responsible.

3. Team building: o cooperate, to communicate, to focus on goals, to guide, to identify interdependencies in the system. Self-organization: concentrate, focus.
