Chain Reaction Motivation Management

Aim: Motivation is a function of productivity and there is a positive relationship between motivation and productivity, provided other productivity factors are present. The link between motivation and productivity within the framework of individual-organization interaction emphasizes the importance of the human factor and the role of motivation in reconciling individual goals with organizational goals.

Participants are required to create a domino waterfall within the limited time given.

As with projects in the business world, different teams perform different parts of the waterfall. They have to deal with many challenges to fulfill the conditions defined in the process. Will the group be able to create a lineup that will make 75% of the dominoes fall?

Teams must have a good grasp of what the correct spacing is between dominoes, reliability of operation at different test stages, bends, intersections, height differences and other challenges. In addition to ensuring that the communication between the teams goes smoothly, the guides create slogans and rituals to increase the motivation of their groups.
